Summary

The striking of the feet gives the opening movement. The earth trembles under the force of the Divine dance. What ordinarily appears firm and unmoving responds to Kudalasangama Deva’s step.
The crown touching the stars extends the dance upward. The stars scatter when they come into contact with the movement of His crown.
The hands touching the worlds widen the image further. The movement is not confined to one place; all the worlds are affected.
Feet, crown, and hands together encompass the full reach of the dancer. The dance moves below, above, and throughout the cosmic field.
The closing line identifies the dancer directly as our Kudalasangama Deva. The earth’s trembling, the scattering stars, and the shaken worlds are all responses to His dance.
Lingayoga
In Lingayoga, the Linga should not be regarded as motionless or separate from the movements of existence.
The Divine feet, crown, and hands show one presence acting throughout the whole field. Earth, stars, and worlds do not remain unaffected by Kudalasangama Deva.
The practice-point is to recognize sacred movement without standing apart as an independent observer. Awareness must remain responsive to the movement of the Linga.
Editorial Commentary
The Kannada does not explicitly state that the earth, stars, and worlds are created through the dance. It says that the earth trembles and that the stars and worlds are scattered or shaken when Kudalasangama Deva dances.
The interpretation must remain centred on the overwhelming reach and force of the Divine dance.

Sharana Sthala Vachana 3 — The Divine Vehicles
Sharana Vachana 3 says that when Kudalasangama Deva stands in dance, the speaker becomes consciousness as His vehicle. The devotee does not direct the movement but becomes wholly responsive to the dancing Lord.
This prepares Vachana 539 directly. In Sharana, consciousness becomes available to the Divine dance; in Aikya, that dance is seen extending through the earth, stars, and worlds.
Advancing Vachana
Aikya Sthala Vachana 540 — Beyond All Measure
Vachana 539 shows the cosmic reach of Kudalasangama Deva’s dance: earth, stars, and worlds are moved by it.
Vachana 540 carries this vastness beyond all calculation. Even the immense durations associated with Brahma, Narayana, and Rudra become inadequate when Kudalasangama Deva is considered.
Thus, the immeasurable force displayed through the dance in Vachana 539 advances into the failure of cosmic number, duration, and comparison in Vachana 540.
